Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Dr. Lane wants to provide you with quality orthodontic treatment at an affordable fee. We offer many payment plans and make every effort to work with each individual to schedule a plan that will best fit with their budget. We offer the following payment options to meet your needs:
- Cash or Check
- Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
- In-house financing
- Discounts for payment in full at start of treatment
- Discounts for multiple family members in treatment
We will work with you individually to explain your options, so we can accommodate your needs.
Insurance
If you have insurance that covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal out of pocket expense. If you have orthodontic coverage, it usually falls under your dental plan but has a separate clause for orthodontics. Most orthodontic insurance has a lifetime benefit that is distinct from your regular dental plan. Remember, that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.
Please keep in mind that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. Most policies will pay only a small portion of your benefit up front and then pro-rate the remaining payments over the estimated treatment time. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
